Are new courses being added?

New courses are being added all the time. All Access customers will be able to watch all new courses as they are released.

I lost my download link and I don't know how to access the videos again?

The website will eventually be updated to automatically detect customers with previous purchases. In the meantime, if you lost your download link, just email and provide the email address or name you used to purchase the course or bundle. We'll promptly respond back with your download link.

Can courses be downloaded for offline viewing?

Yes. All courses will have the option of being downloadable as one video file. This ensures that you can view the entire course material at any time from any device, with or without internet connection.

I have a coding question, can you help?

We make every effort to respond back to customers questions. All Access customers are put in a priority when it comes to response times. You should typically hear back within 48 hours of emailing your question. This is an extra benefit for paying customers and no guarantee of a timely or accurate response. Given the difficult nature of programming, it's not always possible to answer a question without significant time to research / replicate & debug the problem.
