Pricing questions
- Do I really keep 100% of my sales?
- Yes. You connect your own Stripe account and buyers pay into it directly. The money never passes through CodeHawke, so there is nothing for us to take a cut of. We charge your monthly plan, plus a flat fee per paid ticket if you sell event tickets.
- What fees will I still pay?
- Stripe’s own card processing fee, typically 2.9% + 30¢ per card payment in the US. You would pay that on any platform that takes cards. We add nothing on top.
- How does the trial work?
- You get 14 days free. When the trial ends, choose a plan to keep selling. Your products, customers and orders are kept.
- Which plan should I pick?
- Most people start on Creator. Pick Pro when you want your store on your own domain, need more than 10 GB of storage or files larger than 1 GB, or sell 300+ paid tickets a month (the lower ticket fee covers the difference). Pick Business when you want files in your own Cloudflare R2 or AWS S3 account, or a door team scanning tickets.
- Is there a fee on event tickets?
- Only on paid tickets, and only to you: 99¢ on Creator, 79¢ on Pro, 59¢ on Business, billed with your plan each month. Buyers pay the ticket price with no booking fee added. Free tickets are free.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from your billing settings at any time. Your products, customers and orders stay where they are.
- What happens if I cancel?
- You can cancel any time, with no contract. Your customer records, payment methods and invoices are in your own Stripe account, so they stay with you. On Business, your files are in your own bucket too.
