Refund Policy

Effective March 21, 2026 · Noob Media LLC d/b/a CodeHawke

Two separate refund contexts - please read both. This page covers refunds for (1) CodeHawke platform subscription fees, and (2) digital products purchased from sellers using CodeHawke. These are handled differently. CodeHawke is not the seller for buyer-to-seller transactions.

A. CodeHawke Platform Subscriptions

This section applies when you are paying CodeHawke for access to the platform itself - i.e., the Creator, Pro, or Business plan subscription.

14-Day Free Trial

All plans include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends. Cancel any time during the trial with no charge.

Paid Plan - 7-Day Satisfaction Window

If you subscribe to a paid CodeHawke plan and are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of your first charge and we will issue a full refund of that charge, no questions asked. After 7 days, subscription fees are non-refundable - you retain access through the end of your billing period.

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Partial months - if you cancel mid-cycle, access continues until period end.
  • Subscription charges older than 7 days.
  • Accounts suspended or terminated for violating the Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Bandwidth overage fees once consumed.

How to Request a Platform Refund

Email support@codehawke.com with the subject "Refund Request" and include your registered email address and the date of the charge. We process refunds within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

B. Digital Products Purchased from Sellers

CodeHawke is not the seller of these products. If you purchased a digital product - an eBook, course, template, software file, or similar - from a creator using CodeHawke, you purchased directly from that individual seller. Your purchase contract is with them, not with CodeHawke. CodeHawke is a technical delivery platform only.

Who handles refunds for seller products?

The individual seller is responsible for their own refund policy. Refund terms vary by seller and should be stated on the product page or in the seller's own terms. To request a refund for a product you purchased from a seller:

Step 1
Contact the Seller Directly
Look for a support email on the product page or in your purchase confirmation email. Most sellers respond within 1-3 business days.
Step 2
Contact Your Card Issuer
If the seller is unresponsive after a reasonable period, you may be eligible to dispute the charge through your bank or credit card provider.
Step 3
Report Abuse to CodeHawke
If you believe a seller is acting fraudulently or in violation of our Acceptable Use Policy, report it to legal@codehawke.com.
Note
What CodeHawke Cannot Do
CodeHawke cannot issue refunds on behalf of sellers, access seller payment accounts, or override a seller's refund decision. We are the delivery layer, not the merchant.

Fraudulent or Deceptive Products

If a product you purchased was materially different from its description, never delivered, or involved fraudulent misrepresentation, please report this to legal@codehawke.com with your order details. We take fraud seriously and will investigate and may suspend the seller's account. We will cooperate with payment processor investigations.

C. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback against a charge processed through a seller's payment account, that dispute is between you, the seller, and Stripe. CodeHawke is not a party to that dispute and does not have access to the funds or the payment provider's dispute process.

If you initiate a chargeback against a CodeHawke platform subscription charge (i.e., a charge from Noob Media LLC), please contact us first - we process legitimate refund requests promptly and chargebacks add unnecessary processing costs for both parties.
